| All of our products are securely and correctly packaged to avoid any damage in the delivery. Before any shipment is made, the products are inspected to guarantee a proper delivery so that in the case that any shipment is damaged, their total value will be fully insured. |

| Cancellations are admitted up to the date of delivery. Once the product has been delivered cancellations will not be accepted and will be considered as returns. |

| Returns are accepted for damaged products. The client is initially responsible for paying the return shipping fee destined to La Vinoteca Virtual S.L. Once received, La Vinoteca Virtual S.L. and members of wine cellar will check the damage. Once the damage is confirmed La Vinoteca Virtual S.L. will replace the product and cover the costs of the new shipment. If the damage is not confirmed as a proper motive for a return, La Vinoteca Virtual S.L. reserves the right not to pay the client’s return shipping fee or the corresponding percentage of the non-returned products, and a sum of up to 25% of the complete transaction costs will be considered as office fees. |
